Energy Identity Certificate (EIC)

According to the is Regulation on Energy Performance in Buildings esi published by the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, an energy identification certificate must be issued for the buildings constructed before 2011 by the date of 01 January 2020 and for the new buildings made after 2011.
